Just the other day I was balancing my checkbook and realized that I had made a colossal error. I paid a few bills, my husband paid a few bills, and we were looking at a $200 shortage, with four days until payday. It is times like this I am glad there are such things as Personal Loans and online Cash Advances. I have used such services before and they are legitimate, easy, secure and the money is transferred directly into my account. I don’t have to leave the house. As long as they are not abused, cash advances and payday loans can be helpful tools I think. As a bonus, they don’t require a credit check either so you don’t have to worry about qualifying as long as you have a job, a bank account, and sometimes, they require direct deposit. But not always.

You Walk Away - From Foreclosure
The housing market is crashing all around us. It has hit my neighborhood hard. Mostly because it was a new build subdivision. The builders (there are 12 here) built all these houses for people and then the people couldn’t close on them for whatever reason. They couldn’t qualify for the loan on the new build. I even heard of one lady who picked her dream house from the floor up, chose the lot, the view and all the interior floors and countertops. She was scaling down for a more affordable payment. Then, when it came time to close on her loan, she couldn’t sell her existing house because the market was starting to fall out from underneath her. She needed to avoid foreclosure and get out of her big house, into a smaller one.
I know, in our situation, we bought as the bubble was bursting. Prices had started to come down but we had no idea they’d hit as low as they have. I paid $220 for my house, the guy across the street, with the same model, he paid $295. Now, they sell for $179. It is horribly discouraging and at one point, we considering walking away. We could go buy the larger model our builder offered, for $199 and have twice the house, three car garage, and a lower payment. We knew we couldn’t sell our house. Not for what we paid and get out from under it completely. I’ve researched foreclosure and credit and what would happen.
We’re staying put because we don’t really have another option. I’m not sure about other people out there but I know that many have reached the end of their rope and they could use a little help to stop foreclosure.

Brazilian Sugar
I had no idea that Brazil was the largest sugar producing nation. In The World. I’m not sure why, but I didn’t think sugar came from Brazil and I certainly had no idea that it produced 20% of the worlds total sugar production. My mind finds that amazing. I was also surprised to learn ethanol is a product of sugar cane. Due to a myriad of factors including world growth, a large percentage of Brazil’s sugar crops have been dedicated to the production of ethanol that is then used in fuel for Brazilian automobiles. Sugar that is not dedicated to ethanol production is exported to many countries with the United States purchasing 20% of the crops, Argentina and China bringing up the rear along with Japan, France, South Korea and Italy to name a few. Generally, Brazilian sugar is supplied directly from the sugar mills. If you are interested in Brazilian Sugar Prices email info @ highseasugar.com.

Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) Cards
Now that the majority of my electronic devices contain memory of some sort, I have become much more aware of what SD card means and what it does. I have a lot of photographs from my digital camera. I usually download them to the computer and delete them from my device. However, when we were in Disney Land last year, I filled my little SD card’s memory. I had to search and find a new, bigger SD card. Buy.com has a whole plethora of SD cards. Just be careful when you are purchasing your SD card and remember that Secure Digital High Capacity (SDHC) cards are the kind that can only be used with devices that are secure digital high capacity enabled. They are not backwards compatible with standard SD devices.

Franchise Gator
On the weekends I really start to think about how cool it would be to be my own boss. To own my own business and to make money for me instead of someone else. That would be so awesome. I’ve thought of buying into a franchise but I didn’t know where to start or how one goes about finding such information. FranchiseGator.com is the place to begin. You can search for the industry you’re looking to break into and go from there.

BestMark - Mystery Shoppers
Back in the day, I worked for a convenience store chain. We had mystery shoppers who would drop in, day and night, buy a drink or snack and leave. They never told us who they were and we never did figure it out. We would get a report the next day. The manager would go to the people on shift and tell them what the mystery shopper had to report, if the store was clean or if there was product available, or even if they were greeted upon entry and treated well during the time they were in our store. I think this is a wonderful tool for companies because the feedback comes from someone who is not related to the company and in all reality, has nothing to gain from giving their report. If you want to improve your relationship with your customers, or you are looking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your company, your employees or your business as a whole, then you should take advantage of the customer shopping experience and see what BestMark can offer you.

Dog In Yard
I have four dogs. Three HUGE English Mastiffs and one little Boston Terrier named Bella. She is the Queen of the house. The Mastiffs might think they are, but they would be wrong. It is great to watch them all play together and see how they interact. While living in the
Because I love my pets as much as I love my children, I worry about them in the yard and I worry about other people coming into my yard and stumbling onto 307 pounds of slobbering animal or leaving my gate open and allowing them to get out and possibly get hit by a car or become lost. As such, I expressed an interesting in having a dog in yard signs made. I received the one pictured in this post. Dog In Yard even sent me matching hardware to attach the sign to my fence. I received my sign within days and it is very classy looking. Much better than the plastic black and red signs you can buy at the local grocery or department store.
If you are looking for a nice sign to tell people you have a dog (or dogs) in your yard, then you should check the variety of product at DoginYard.com. They don’t take credit cards, but they do ship and allow you to pay later. Imagine that! Just like the old days when people were trusting and willing to accept another person on their word. Shipping is fast and free!

Used Price
The hardest part about trying to sell things seems to be knowing what the fair market price of something is. That is why a website that helps you to find fair market value of items would be literally invaluable to anyone in the business of buying and/or selling used items. People like appraisers, retailers, online auctioneers, pawnbrokers and even repair shops or collectors could benefit from Used Price.com because they would be certain they were getting the fair price for their product, or, in the alternative, they could be certain they are giving the fair market value of an item. This makes all parties happy and confident that they are dealing in fairness and quality services.
